Quiktrip - Youngtown

The location is great. On 4/4/23 @430pm. I walked in with the female employee bullying and talking trash about the male employee at the food area. Both were talking bad about the supervisor. This should not be happening. During this time the men's restroom was out of paper towels and the lottery machine still does not work. QT please fix this.

Used to come in here for a Monster Hydro and a slice of overpriced breakfast pizza every morning but they got rid of the Monster Hydros even though they were flying off the shelf. So I switched to the Monster Recovery Watermelon, the only other non-carbonated, non-lemonade energy drink they had and they took that off the shelf too. Now I buy Monster Hydros from Amazon and make my own breakfast.

Cahier needs to pay more attention he was talking to another coworker that she was complaining about her hours. She wasn't working just starting not good for the store

This QT location is consistently disappointing. It’s dirty, with gum and trash scattered everywhere, and the overall appearance of the grounds is unkempt. When was the last time the parking lot was power washed? It seems like never. The gas pumps are often out of paper for receipts and frequently run out of products inside the store. The management at this location really needs to improve things! They are diminishing the QT brand's reputation. This kind of situation might be expected at an older Circle K, but not at a QT.

I entered the restaurant and noticed a slim Black Hispanic female employee with glasses who walked right past me without saying a word, appearing nervous. Shortly after, some white and Hispanic customers came in, and she greeted them warmly with "Hello, welcome!" This made me feel unwelcome, so I decided not to spend any money there.
