Mighty Moo Ice Cream - Youngtown

This place is a GEM! I can 't believe I 've never been here before! I was doing a U-turn in the parking lot to turn around, saw the words Ice Cream and the little girl in me told me to park and get out. So I did and never in a million years will I regret it. I ended up getting the Turtle Turtle sundae and it was perfection. No pictures because once I saw it, it was history. Lactose intolerant or not, I 'll gladly be in pain for their ice cream. Fair warning, you will becomeaddicted and boy do they know it!
