Let's begin with the fact that we waited for 20 minutes at the ordering area. When she finally took our order, the server had an attitude and made us feel rushed. I specifically asked for curly fries twice and noticed I was charged for them. When we pulled up to pick up our food, she asked if we wanted any sauces, but seemed annoyed—she smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes when I requested ranch. When we got home, I realized I had received only 2 tenders and regular fries, despite being charged for the 3-tender combo and curly fries.

I ordered a coffee that was just okay. It was really weak and barely had any vanilla flavor. The halfsies fries I got were awful—totally undercooked. After eating a few, I completely lost my appetite and decided to just get a drink instead. I was definitely disappointed. I might consider giving Jack in the Box another chance because everyone deserves a second shot, but I won't be spending my money there anytime soon... lol. Service: Takeout.
