Dairy Queen (treat) - Youngstown

This was my first visit to this restaurant. I initially stood at the window for a while, but then I decided to get back in my car and use the drive-thru. Like many places nowadays, they seemed to be a bit short-staffed, but once I was in the drive-thru line, the service was quick.

In my last two visits to this restaurant, I was disappointed to find that they couldn't prepare an Oreo-based blooming dessert. First, it was the Oreo dirt pie, and now I noticed the Oreo hot cocoa on the new menu. During my recent visit, my friend's pumpkin cake Blizzard only had a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and maybe six bits of crust mixed in. My friend's Sneak Blizzard was mostly vanilla soft serve; they reached all the brownie bites only after digging three-quarters of the way down. The same issue happened with my cinnamon roll center Blizzard. We've had good experiences here in the past, but it seems that something has gone downhill this summer.

The Oreo dessert is delicious and thick—definitely a winner!
