Panera foods tastes Great! TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE operation at this Yorkville location. They are confused and they do not care about customers for some crazy reason! Particularly if you call in your order drive all the way over there and pick it up when you get home you realize that almost every time something is missing. How many thousands of dollars do you think they’re losing by terrible customer service.

Enjoyed a nice visit with a friend in the quiet space room off of the main dining area.

We do alot of pickups here. we never had a problem. always fresh and made just the way we like it. Staff is friendly and ambience is nice.

Thanks for a variety of menu options. We love Panera. There is an egg cheese bagel menu option. When I place an order for egg cheese bagel with egg white and add spinach, red onion and tomato, please do not charge me for the avocado, egg white, cheese bagel sandwich. Thank you.Vegetarian options: It depends on your dietary choices. Please ask about cream based soups and such. You know what you want, just check to verify and you ought to be okay. Take care.

As we all know Customer Service in general has degraded however, Cici is the kind of Customer Service we hope for when entering a business.
