Mcdonald's - Yorkville

Worst experience, they take forever in drive through, foods always wrong even spoke to GM one day to try to get issue resolved and did nothing but laught at my face, would deff go out of the way or even eat healthy before stopping here. Only gets worse over time

I thought this was fast food was not fast and didn't give me the right order wasted my time going here

When I arrived at the curbside pickup, I wasn't able to check in and select a spot. I walked into the building to make sure they got my order. What appeared to be the supervisor, since she was in different clothing, made eye contact with me a couple times and then rolled her eyes. She completely ignored me while walking past me to assist someone else who arrived after me. I've never been to this mcdonald's, and I will never go there again. I don't think I've ever been disrespected like this from a management status before. I'm not one to write a complaint, but this needs to be addressed. Not only did they change my curbside order to counter pick up, but she completely ignored me when I went to pick it up.

I have stopped by there several times for breakfast around 5am and they never have any food ready..all they offer is drinks! If you are a 24 hr restaurant how do you not have food ready…never again! If I could give zero stars I would!

No complaints with this location. Staff were friendly and was able to get in and out of the drive through pretty quick.
