Dunkin' - Yorkville

I've been coming here for a while, and things are usually great, but the past month has been disappointing! We often order the bacon avocado toast, but lately the bacon has been undercooked and served in strips rather than crumbles. They've also really cut back on the seasoning. I hope they can improve, as I really enjoy this location!

Terrible customer service and a dreadful manager—avoid this place! The employees seem to have more customer service experience than the manager. They don’t offer gift cards at the drive-thru, so I had to bring my baby inside. It felt like they disregarded social distancing. It took them five minutes to realize they didn’t have sleeves for the gift cards. It would have been nice if they had told me that at the drive-thru, so I didn’t waste my time coming inside! The manager didn't even apologize; just rolled her eyes at me. I would not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone!

Exercise great caution at this Dunkin' Donuts location. They have a habit of charging you twice for your order. I had to contact my bank to dispute the extra charge.

Every other dunkin I will ask for assorted I get anything from jelly donuts to sprinkles. This has to be the worst assorted donuts , the most plain donuts. I know it?s something silly to complain about but it seems as if every other dunkin knows how actually assort their donuts

Surprisingly this is the best DD I have ever been to. The cashier was very polite and the sausage egg and cheese croissant was made perfectly with all part?s equally nice and hot. But one thing that surely stood out to me was the actual size of the croissant.. it was huge and fresh. When I usually get these, the croissants are always the same size, not that big at all and either the cheese the patty will be warm or cold and not hot. This was the best croissant sandwich I have gotten from DD. I also got a chocolate long john which I asked before I bought ?is it fresh and soft?? She gave me a confident yes and i ordered 1. It was indeed very fresh. I was very pleased with my quick visit while moving through the area. Will be back when I?m in the area again. Thank you
