The owners are so friendly. They remember my son and wife and what they like on their subs lol. It's the people that keep busy coming back.

Mr sub's buns are always fresh, and soft. Nice selection of veggies, and sauce's. Their cold cuts are ok ham slimy but roast beef, and assorted meats good Lots of selection., And open great hours ,grab a quick lunch or dinner

Great spot, food is excellent, pad thai to die for. Staff friendly, service can be a little slow. All cooked fresh on site A hidden gem in Newmarket Take out is available
