Wendy's - York

You know... Wendy's. Dave Thomas' fascination with making burgers right? Where's the Beef? Yeah, that place. Well, I gotta say, this was one of the FRESHEST burgers I've eaten in a while! I'd been craving that juiciness and perfect amount of cooking for a while, and other Wendy's have left me feeling a bit short. But I gotta say, I took a chance here and I was not let down! Friendly staff, great custom Dave's Double. Great stuff! Awesome on a day that was pretty much the worst.

In my opinion, you can't go wrong at Wendy's. Fantastic fast food. Comparable prices but the service is really slow, but I don't mind waiting for Wendy's. YUM YUM

This place really has no hope. I have seen so many managers come and go and yet this is the slowest Wendy's ever. I should know I'm a dasher. I have dashed for over 3 years and have dashed up and down the coast. I had to drive 15 minutes here and I get here and they just started making my order. Like not started. I came here and ordered once and that took almost 30 minutes. They are always running out of stuff and messing things up.

First off they only payed attention to the drive thru we walked in and we were ready to leave it took that long to get a person to take our order. Second they were out of a simple vanilla frosty so of we ordered a different flavor Then I went to get my soda and there was no ice went for ketchup no ketchup. Maybe you should just serve the drive thru because you can' t run a restaurant.

I’ve worked in fast food before but what I just experienced was not ok there is no excuse for a fast food place to mess up someone’s order when there are only 2 cars in the drive thru line. A frostccino is frosty AND coffee not just coffee. The food that was pictured on the menu board was nothing close to what I received. If you don’t have a product that should be made known to the customer. I understand there are times where places will be short staffed but if you have only two cars in the drive-through and one of them is still ordering the car, that’s been parked and waiting for the food there order should be made correctly. How do you give drinks with no straws? I would not recommend eating here.
