Bidrage med feedbackThis review is long overdue! This place is one of York County's best-kept secrets. The beer is outstanding, the staff is incredibly friendly, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is truly unique. My friend and I have been here about three or four times now, and we’re always warmly welcomed by our favorite bartender, Leah. She is fantastic and really enhances our experience. It's amazing how much the right staff can impact a place. We even had a chance to chat with the chef, Seth, and our meals that evening were exceptional. I had a salmon special that was cooked to perfection, and a homemade meatball sub that brought back memories of my Italian grandmother's recipe. Great job! And I can't forget the best part...the beer! Every beer I've tried has been superb, but my absolute favorite—thankfully one of their regular brews—is the Ginger Rye IPA. It’s delicious! I always have to start my visit with a pint of it!
I absolutely adore this brewery! I visited for the first time a couple of months ago, and our bartender was incredibly sweet. The food was fantastic and so filling that I had to take some home! The only reason I'm deducting one star is that when I tried to leave a positive review on their Facebook page, some rude person started trolling my post with nasty comments about both me and the establishment. You would think that the person managing their social media would notice this and either ban the troll or assist me in reclaiming the wonderful experience I had there.
Leah is a fantastic bartender. She has a knack for anticipating needs and consistently goes above and beyond. She truly knows how to drive business. Plus, she makes a fantastic margarita! The kitchen staff is doing an amazing job as well. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the beers are spot on too. Leah deserves a raise and whatever schedule she wants. I mentioned to the manager that she really enhances the team's reputation, and it's true—she makes everyone look good!
A bit disappointed tonight. We stopped in for dinner. There were only 3 other tables filled. Took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and ordering just sandwiches/fries took almost 30 min. Being too busy was not an excuse. Witnessed two other parties come in, and walked out after about 5-10 minutes of not being acknowledged. Again, the place was not busy.
It was a lovely evening, and we were on the hunt for a laid-back outdoor spot. We found just the place! The beer is expertly crafted, and there are some local options available, including ciders and meads. However, the cocktail selection is quite limited; you can only order what's listed on the drink menu since they lack additional ingredients or mixers. But, after all, this is a brewery. The food is decent overall. The wings are well-prepared, generously sized, and reasonably priced, although there are only four sauces to choose from and no dry rub options. It's not really an entrée-focused restaurant, but I tried the salmon, which wasn't particularly impressive. The side of mac and cheese, however, was outstanding. This spot is perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner, with a great atmosphere and delicious craft beer.
