Pizza Hut - York

I'm honest not thinking that this place deserves a star now I still on my last paycheck and let all customers know that when the line cook their pizza make, they don't use gloves, so the ham and sandwiches and really any other pizza topping that on that pizza has been touched with some evil hands I've been doing this because I previously worked for this location and when all customers believe

I ordered for delivery while at work. I had to walk around the building to find the driver. Also, my boneless wings had no garlic parmesan on them. On a positive note, my first experience with the BBQ chicken pizza. This is my new favorite.

We always enjoy the stuffed crust pizza and the delivery staff is always so friendly, quick, and just nice! We do wish the lobby was back open again full time. We miss the dine in.

We have never been disrespected more in our lives. We ordered on the app for a carry out. (eta 30 mins) the app would not allow us to enter the details/changes to a sandwich so we called the restaurant were put on hold. Then we were left on hold for 20 min. We called back. They refused to answer us. Went to pick up the order they made us wait a full hour for our food. When we checked on the sandwich they said you didn't enter it on the app nothing we can do We explained everything to them, again. The manager said, Well we can just throw your whole order away then They were incredibly rude, slow, understaffed. Very, very displeased.

Great customer service- didn’t have the dressing I ordered in the app, so called to ask what I’d like instead. Food was fresh and my cheesy bread was hot. 4/5 as we were traveling and there were no napkins.
