Longhorn Steakhouse - York

I had T-bone steak with steamed broccoli and loaded potato. The steak was good, but the season was too robust and salty it had to go back, but the second time was great. I'm on a low sodium diet and I should have told them. Manager checked me and told her to correct the problem.

I'll give 3-1/2 stars. We've been here several times. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's not. This last time it was not. Our waiter was awful. He was really young, very inattentive and flustered. We had to ask for bread. We got our salads right before our meals came. That's a no-no. He kept flying by our table and completely ignored us. No drink refills. He asked us how we were doing when we were almost finished. My husband's steak was supposed to be medium. It was medium well. My yam was pretty mooshy. My chicken fingers were good. The manager, who was very nice, came around and asked us how things were. We told her. She offered a new steak to my husband, but at that point, he only had four bites of the first steak to eat yet. Other times we've had no issues at all. I guess it's hit or miss. We'll go back because when the food is good, it's really good. As far as employees, well, we'll hope for better next time.

The two female managers on duty at 6:00pm on Wednesday 7/6 were very disrespectful and unprofessional. went in with a party of 7. ordered food by 6:45, majority of us got steak. we waited until 8:30pm for our meals to be out. 3 of our steaks weren?t cooked to how we had asked for and had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be right.. by that time everyone was else was finished with their food. i noticed the 5 other tables that were there had already gotten their food that came in after us. i approached a female manager and a server at 8:05pm and asked if she was the manager, she said no and laughed in my face before walking out the building. another female manager had came out to talk to me. i explained we have been waiting almost 2 hours at that point for some steaks and chicken fingers that shouldn?t take more than 10-15minutes. she got snippy with me in my face and told me it was because cooks had walked out. still no excuse why it takes almost 2 hours for a steak when they had shut down togos and dine in seating. the manager wouldn?t come over and talk to us or check in on us but made the time to be friendly to the other tables around us. no meals were taken off or a dessert thrown in for free to say they were sorry. horrible managing staff! will not be going back again

Was craving a good steak on a Saturday night. Was going to hit up another place but Longhorn made it easier to get a table. Used their site to get on the wait list. Arrived at the restaurant and was seated in 2 minutes. The atmosphere is great and the steak perfectly grilled. A little bit more money but you can taste the quality of the food and experience in the service. Will be coming back.

Never disappointed! I came to celebrate an anniversary and it is always a great time here no matter the occasion! The atmosphere is great, never overly loud like some other steakhouses, but still a lively atmosphere even on a weekday. The server was very polite and provided us with amazing service. Steak cooked to perfection and my shrimp were as flavorful as I remember. I will definitely dine again!
