Hoss's Steak Sea House - York

We waited 20 minutes after being seated, but no waitress came to take our drink or food orders. I overheard one waitress informing another that we were waiting, yet still received no service. My husband even approached the person who seated us, and they assured him that someone would come by soon. Ultimately, we decided to leave. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, but just as we were walking out, someone ran after us saying she would take care of our table. We politely declined and chose to take our business elsewhere. I do not recommend this establishment.

The best Hoss's I've been to, especially compared to the others' hands down. I rarely stop at a place like this, but was pleasantly surprised. good food and service!!! ???

This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to! We ordered 2 ribeye steaks and a chicken parm with the salad bar. The steak was extremely fatty with no flavor and $36 with salad bar! We got one steak free but the manager has said “ribeyes are typically more fatty, that’s normal”. It blew my mind! The chicken parm was watered down I had to re order it 3 times and it was the same every time. The salad bar definitely had been sitting out all day. My family was all stomach sick the next day after our Hoss’s experience. The decor is very outdated. They need to shut down IMMEDIATELY!

Saturday and Sunday all day salad, soup and dessert bar for 12.99. Very good!

Service was excellent. The salad bar wasn't very good at all. Veggies looked like they had sat all day. The meal was ok. Burger fries. Chopped steak loaded baked potato.
