Chili's Grill - York

The service was excellent; our waitress was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was quite disappointing. It was clear that items had been kept under heat lamps for too long. I had chicken tenders that were overcooked and macaroni and cheese that was dry. On a positive note, the location was clean and not crowded.

Chili's food was fantastic! I ordered the chicken crispers, which were served with mac and cheese and French fries. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend giving it a try!

The food didn’t match the descriptions on the menu. When we arrived at 11:30, there were only four tables occupied, yet we were seated at a dirty table that we had to clean ourselves. This place used to be great, but it has definitely declined. The staff needs to prioritize cleaning over being on their cell phones. Come on, step it up!

Chili’s is a nice place to meet for a first date or to take the family out to grab a quick bite to eat. The food is good the service is good very friendly and very economical considering the price of eating out these days! I will definitely go back again in the near future! With or without my date lol!

We ordered online for a pickup time of 7:45 on a Friday evening. At 7:55 a to-go employee came out to let us know that they were just waiting on one item for our order be finished. At about 8:05 my husband went inside to the to-go area and waited a few minutes for someone to help him. We decided to ask for a refund at that point considering the food that was done was most likely cold and we had been waiting for over twenty minutes now for our order, which still was not ready at that point. We were also disappointed with the customer service. No one offered an apology or attempted to explain what the issue was. We left after being there for almost half an hour without our order. Very disappointed as we do come to this location frequently.
