Sat outside this beautiful little place and the type of service you would expect from a friend. The food was interesting and delicious and the atmosphere is friendly and vibrant. The decor is interesting and funny and most of all entertaining. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We will be back again soon I hope!

Fantastic, genuine service and food, great value and really friendly staff. Thr next people through the door were passed that information straight away. I shall be back next time I'm in York. tip: it's good, so it can be busy, even just 20 minutes after it opens. Food is served quickly. Cafe is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Really nice neighborhood spot. Some standard brunch items, some with a twist (I had courgettes and chickpeas with added bacon). Very popular as a result. Cool area too.

I love this place! Every town or city should have one, you know … great coffee, inventive and tasty dishes, local produce and friendly staff. I normally go straight for the BAFTA Bacon, Aioli, Feta, Tomato, Avo, but recently the Avo has been replaced by Pea guacamole for sustainability reasons. Great attitude and tastes wonderful too.

Absolutely amazing place for brunch. I had the Korean fritters for main as the lovely waitress (whose name I didn't catch) recommended them, I was torn between these and the waffle. She said kids waffles are available so that was always a brunch pudding option. So I ofc did both. My friend had the full breakfast and said it was incredible. Cannot recommend enough, only thing I would change is for them to be dog friendly but they are outside so on a warmer day would have been perfect.
