The Golden Fleece - York

Excellent eating in a beautiful pub in the center of york. Despite this a busy Saturday afternoon the table was ready for us and the eating and service were great. would certainly recommend.

We have booked rooms for a few days. what a great place! beautiful rooms in a historic pub. the breakfast is included and the full English is huge and very tasty. the staff is wonderful and very helpful. Live music most nights and a large beer garden. the golden fleece is located in the heart of york and is too foot to see everything a person wants to visit. I cannot recommend the golden fleece enough. we will definitely book again!
