This restaurant is absolutely delightful! The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is fantastic. The food is simply delicious! There's a great mix of customers, including families, couples, and seniors—truly a family-friendly spot!

Mmmmm! This restaurant is fantastic! I decided to try the buffet and loaded my plate with steak ale pie, Yorkshire pudding, and vegetable sides. Of course, I paired it with a beer. For dessert, I indulged in the sticky toffee pudding, which was truly amazing. I will definitely be returning!

This restaurant offers an impressive selection of main dishes, featuring perfectly cooked joints of beef and pork. You can usually choose from a variety of options such as Pork Belly, Lamb Shank, Chicken in Wine Sauce, Steak Pie, Salmon, Cumberland Sausage, Duck, and a Vegetarian dish. There are at least five vegetable options available, along with delicious roast and boiled potatoes. The gravy is always thick and full of flavor. Additionally, there are many fantastic desserts to choose from. Portions are more than generous, so make sure to save some space for dessert! The pub itself is beautifully maintained, and the open fire creates a delightful atmosphere to relax in. They serve a full range of meals every lunchtime and evening, with opening hours from 12 PM to 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, they're open from 12 PM to 10:30 PM, with meals served until 8 PM. It's definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic food in carvery style so there is no waiting for your meal. There is in incredible glass case displaying 10 or so different cakes as well as 5 hot puddings. The current dishes are usually Chicken with white wine sauce Salmon with white wine sauce Roast beef Roast pork Roast Turkey Cumberland Sausage Lamb Henry Pheasant or duck With a yorkshire pudding and as many vegetables as you like for £7.95. Pudding is £3. The place is always full and they have a real fire in winter.

No matter what time you go or how busy the pub is and it gets very busy indeed, the food is always delicious and the staff always friendly.
