We made a flying visit, as attending an event in the evening, but with rapid service, wonderfully friendly staff and very tasty food, we really couldn't have asked for more. Will go again when next in York.

Good food, beer, prices,staff. Nice ambiance and decor. Suitable for all ages and dietary requirements. Would definately return.

Went for a family meal for my birthday on 04.09.22. Not only is this place beautifully decorated, with a relaxing atmosphere. But the staff we so professional and attentive to our every need. Especially our server (sorry, don't know his name) The food was incredible,...the philly steak sandwich was out of this world, the gravy is to die for. They also brought me a chocolate brownie ice cream with a candle in (as a suprise) totally unexpected. Everyone sung happy birthday to me. Absolutely love this place. We will be back.
