Bidrage med feedbackI've always given Harvester 100% praise but after last night I'm afraid I can't. The'Nations favourite salad bar' was nearly empty the waitress said she'd tell the chefs but surely anyone could see that it needed replenishing! But to cap it all there was no rotisserie chicken, this at 5:00 ! I had ribs which were nice but missed my chicken : There were quite a few followed us in so no doubt they will have been disappointed too. Come on Harvester, pull your socks up !!
I would definitely recommend a visit. The service from Abi was first class and the food from Levi was fantastic. We can't wait go go back! Keep up the great work!
Could not be more disappointed, my sister who is a coeliac was given bread products at the start of the meal despite us being reassured that nothing would go wrong with the allergy meal. My dad was bought the wrong sauce, my brother was given the wrong meal, the list goes on. But most importantly my sister who struggles with eating out anyway due to her severe gluten intolerance , didn’t feel confident enough to eat her meal. Not to mention most of the food was of a mediocre standard and not the level we usually receive from this chain. Would not recommend.
We've never had such an awful experience in a restaurant. 6 children's meals and 4 adult meals...all cold, yet completely over cooked! Stale breadcakes, brown garden peas and a gluten free meal sized to feed a pigeon! Mia, our waitress was amazing and the only positive that we can recommend. Horrendous kitchen staff, unable to cook, co-ordinate and serve food. A restaurant we will never be returning to.
We came for a half term treat with out two children. Our server Mia was excellent, as was the manager. However, the main meals we ordered arrived cold. We sent them back to the kitchen Mia and the manager were both apologetic and kept us updated about how long the replacements would be etc. Our childrens meals were fine, which was good as they find it harder to wait longer. As a result, of the cold food, both our children had finished their entire meals before we'd started ours, which was less than ideal. The replacement meals were warm, but the situation did tarnish the experience for us. Once again, cannot fault Mia nor the manager. The manager kindly reduced our bill to apologise.
