Ambiente Tapas - York

Food was good but not many options for Vegetarians. Some portion sizes were massive and some really tiny for same price. We couldn't understand the logic. For e.g. Patatas bravas portion is tiny but Spanish omelet is big for similar price.

We loved absolutely everything. Visited 3 times already in the last couple of months. Plenty of vegetarian choices

The food was delicious, the best tapas I’ve had in a long time. It’s a shame the interiors are tired and too hot.

Oh my. I really think this was the best meal I have ever eaten. The tastes in each of the seven dishes was exquisite. Prawns and calamari cooked to perfection. It was the last day of our mini break so we pushed the boat out even though we were full to bursting and indulged in a perfect crème brûlée to top off the evening. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and ready to indulge in a little conversation after the meal. If you visit York, one of the top places to wine and dine must be this gem! Thank you for a memorable end to my and my daughters weekend together.

Had a fabulous meal again at Ambiente Goodramgate. Still feels overpriced but enjoyed the food!
