Very respectful, Orange Chicken was small, not edible Pubic Hair, I ended the whole plate found until the end, much more surveillance needed here (Manger is corruption at this point)
I went to Panda Express, Yorba Linda, CA, on Saturday (2/26/2022) about 3:30 PM. Looking forward to orange chicken, fried rice and shrimp, the order was paid for by me. I filled my soda and sat down at a small table. Immediately I was told the dining area is closed. I didn 't see a sign I said, Where am I supposed to eat? 'I 'm disabled. Why is it closed? We don 't have enough staff was the answer, with 4 working behind the counter, including the 'cook ' I presume. Then the manager came out, she was wearing a manager badge, asked me to leave. Where will I eat? I 'm disabled.. (I was not heading home after the meal) (I 've never ate inside my car) About that time a tall, wimpy kid behind the counter shouted out to call the police and have them remove me. I was causing no trouble; just hoping to eat in peace. They were rude to me, and a customer before me asking for a sample--I almost left then. A lot of Yelp one-star reviews and I see why. I 'm an older, retired, disabled veteran. I ended up returning the meal and requested a refund, which I received, and quietly left, which I 'll never return. I went elsewhere to eat a different type of late lunch which did not go over well, considering how I felt at the time.
I saw that this store keep taking care of walk-in customer, not take out or delivery order. But last time, I ordered mine for lunch, not door dash pickup. I used their mobile app so I thought they could make it on time, but it's absolutely not. I had wait over 15 minutes after pickup time and I could see they kept processing walk-in order but passing my order.
This is one of my favorite Panda Express in Yorba Linda area! They have the freshest cooked dishes. And the staffs are friendly here.....After my last bad experience at In-N-Out with no masks for the restaurant staffs, this time I make sure the staffs at Panda wear masks, which all of them did!
