Starbucks - Yonkers

I visited this cafe three days in a row, and the customer service was consistently terrible. The staff seemed unwelcoming and had a very disappointing attitude. When I asked for a simple croissant, the girl named Alisa didn’t even look at me and kept her head down. I then inquired about prunes, and she just shook her head in refusal. She treated the woman in front of me the same way when she asked for a vanilla cone. The day before, when I ordered a cappuccino with whipped cream, they told me they were out of whipped cream, and the same issue persisted today. They have a display of everything, but nothing seems to be available.

The service was awful. They gave my order to someone else, and there were no gloves or any way to identify the staff to avoid confusion. The heavyset girl even refused to repeat her name! I waited 30 minutes just for a drink, and it was unacceptable.

It was quite busy, so it's best to place your order through the app. The staff were friendly, although...

I grabbed q quick cup of espresso roast on my way to a meeting. Staff was cordial. Coffee was rich and robust. First time to this location but not my last.
