Sprain Grill - Yonkers

After my round at the Sprain Lake golf course, I really had to eat something before I drove home. I ordered the Pilzburger (Rare), I had it with Cheddar cheese. Cooked the rare part the Pommes were really good. Wait staff / barmaid was friendly fast.

We had my 50th birthday here... the food was absolutely AMAZING and abundant!!! the only thing better was the service! Helen is the party planner/manager... she's easy to work and incredibly helpful! Eileen is behind the bar and the various waiters were so friendly and accommodating! I plan to go again, only for dinner and drinks!!! Oh, I forgot to mention the outdoor dining area is beautiful!

Had a surprising retirement function there. Mike the manager and other employees were very helpful. The place was clean and spacious for 30 or more guests. The food for my buffet was also good.

We just had my sisters engagement party here and the staff was just wonderful. I was able to set up 2 hours before the event and the girls helped me move tables and always went beyond and beyond to help me. Thanks to them, our family and friends had a night to remember. The food was delicious!

On Monday we had a dedication for my dad who worked as the starter there for over 30 years after dedication we had a breakfast for all family , friends n workers at Sprain lake and I will say was wonderful . Mike did a great job the breakfast was delicious and exactly what I wanted . His staff especially Lisa is great , she made sure everything was perfect and it was . Great place, good food and amazing people to deal with . Diane Vetrano
