Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant is located in the abandoned capricorn resort. to access it, they must pass by a road block, with signs that tell them they do not enter, no transgression, security, cctw, dogs, etc. the restaurant itself is not a sign posted. when they come to the restaurant, they do not make the mistake of making a photo of the abandoned resort. despite the old pool (since the largest in Australia) fenced/not accessible, a fast phone photo about the fence only from the restaurant, led to a visit of the security in one and was asked to delete photos and leave the resort. I suppose a CCTV camera or sensor can scan this area near the restaurants falling off circle? I'm sure if you make it to the restaurant without it being caught by the security, that eating can be good.
Often traveled after japan I know eating and according to my opinion this is one of the best Japanese food in Australia. the Japanese chefs make an excellent job, but the restaurant is badly drained from the service. our waitress shouldn't really be. in the food industry. this can happen everywhere, but it seems a general lack of personal moral in this restaurant. despite the authentic, wonderful eating we would not visit again.
After two weeks on the road along the QLD coast we have hunted to japan. we tried tsuruya, although it is something from the city and saw some negative reviews. fortunately we were not disappointed. we had sushi and seafood. tempoura both delicious. highly recommended.
Was in this restaurant many paints in running the years and always enjoyed it but this time sooo disappointing. do not ask what is gluten-free on the menu as they will get one, I don't know and if they ask the waitress to ask someone to get them. an eye roll and a smart comment. this young lady should not work in the hospitality industry. Luckily a woman I suspect came a supervisory authority and was extremely helpful. a bottle of wine ordered from a rather common wein list, and it was just left on the table not poured or opened. weinkellner needs some training. for the prices of this discount they would expect a far superior service than what they offer. Eat as always about the years is good, but is really drained from the service. also missed the geisha uniforms. this restaurant is now located in a downhill resort, in the middle of no, where, so is a ride there. they should offer a much better culinary experience.
First time to dine here at Tsuruya Restuarant and also to try Japanese Cuisine. The atmosphere is so lovely and peaceful, even though the restaurant started to fill. The staff are amazing..helpful, very professional in their work place.. They bought each dish out on time...I thought. My husband and I celebrating our wedding anniversary with a course menu.. we are not disappointed. We absolutely loved every dish.. Already planning our next booking Thank you Tsuruya Restaurant Staff for an unforgettable experience
