Untrained staff and bad management. Not doordasher friendly. Overloads bags, throws cold drinks on top of hot food. Takes zero responsibility, shifts blame to doordash drivers and helpers.

Drove from puyallup. Delicious. Wished they had one near me again!

Online order. Went in to pick up my online order and stood at the counter for 25 minutes without any acknowledgment. My sub was done, wrapped up and paid for the entire time, finally I had to Interrupt and ask for them to grab it for me, at which, then I was told to continue waiting. Complete waist of my time it would’ve been quicker to not even order online. 0/10 customer service. Will not go back.

Was some of the best chain sandwiches I've had in recent years. Hot, fresh, and delicious. I had the Black Angus Steakhouse sandwich and it was incredibly delicious. The service is amazing here, and so is everything else. Will return over and over.

The staff is great. Sandwiches are on point. But I'm pretty sure management disabled the debit option on their card reader to force credit transactions with a signed receipt required so people will leave tips.
