Emporium Wines And The Underdog Cafe

I didn't have a good experience here. The GF muffin was so sugary and dry, I did not eat it. The staff was not kind. I said it was my first time in and needed some assistance finding the gf options, I could tell by her reaction this put off the woman at the counter and I was treated like an inconvenience (note that there was no one else in line). I tried to just not be affected but when my beverage was ready and I thanked a different person for it, they didn't even look at me nor say anything. It was bizarre and managed to killed my good mood. Maybe it was an off day, but that was my experience. I don't recommend this cafe.

Nice spot where you can relax, get that sweet caffeine.

The Underdog is my favorite cafe in yellow springs, they have the best chai I’ve ever had in my life and the service is always exceptional. The employees are genuinely some of the kindest people and it’s my go-to stop every time I go to yellow springs.

Cute but it overworks it 's staff : They deserve more than minimum wage and the false tips might make up for it . The kitchen doesn 't have space for two cooks so they overload one.
