Lloyds Restaurant & Function Centre

I made a reservation for my wife and myself at 7:30 PM. We were warmly greeted by our waitress upon arrival; she was a very nice lady who showed us to our table. We started with the Deep fried Camembert with Plum sauce as our starter, which was absolutely delicious. Our main dishes were also delicious. However, at 8:45 PM when we were ready to order dessert and another glass of wine, we were informed that the bar and kitchen were closed. Despite paying for our meal, we were promptly shown to the door. As we waited for our Uber, all the lights inside and outside the restaurant were turned off, leaving us in darkness. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

First time visit to this place to meet some old friends. Boy the place was very open and the staff were great the menu was restaurant not fast food or take away. Proper menu

I enjoyed 2 dinners here while away on business. The meals were a decent size and were tasty. There wasn't a huge range of options so I had the same meal twice due to my intolerance to certain foods.

We opted not to cook tonight and since we are new in the area, we decided to give this place a try. We were impressed by both the food and the service. We highly recommend it.
