Subway In L - Yankee Hill

This is the 3rd time I went through the drive through and no one answered. I would yell Hello several times but no one would answer! This has got to be the worst subway in town...

Was not real busy when we are there, and the sandwich was father good too

Great sandwiches! Felt really bad for the poor girl trying to run the whole store all by herself...open to close!!

Just sat in the drive thru for 25 mins waiting for my food. Was told it was because the young man was by himself and he got busy in the lobby. Pulled around and not one car in the parking lot. Also didn't even get my order right, but I didn't have the time to let him fix it.

It's too bad you have to give at least one star. I popped through the drive through for lunch today. I waited behind a single car for 8 minutes. She eventually just left, I sat at the speaker for another 2 minutes, drove around the store to make sure it was open. The sign was on and there was one worker in the restaurant, so I pulled back around for 2 more minutes and got no response. I went to the window and gave a quick honk. There was no response. I called twice and there was no response. Finally I had to leave to go back to work and called on the way back to talk to a manager. The person who answered claimed to be an assistant manager. He said the drive thru was closed because he was there by himself and the supply truck was there (it was not there). There was no sign on either the outdoor menu or on the drive thru window and the assistant manager offered no apology. I won't go back to this Subway again even though it's only a few blocks from my house. Heck, I may never go to any Subway again. Just terrible.
