Scooter's Coffee - Yankee Hill

Ultimately, I ended up getting a second burrito, but my card was charged again for two extra burritos, even though I only intended to pay for the second one. As a result, I've been charged for three burritos when I only ordered two! I've never experienced such confusion at a Scooter's before. I won’t be coming back to this location, and good luck if you need to call them; their phone line is always busy.

I was excited for my visit to Scooters today because they usually provide excellent and prompt service. Unfortunately, this time I felt quite undervalued. I spent nearly $30, but my drink was mostly ice, which left me with only half of it. I'm really disappointed with the service on this occasion.

I absolutely love the Peanut Butter Power Smoothie—it's my favorite item on the menu! The staff is wonderfully friendly and kind, making the experience even better!

It's a coffee shop chain. While they maintain a good level of quality, none of the locations really stands out from the rest.
