Redz Bbq - Yankee Hill

Ordered on door dash. The food was cold but I always expect door dash to be cold. I ordered the 2 meat. I got brisket, 1/2 chicken with coleslaw and a side salad with cornbread and honey butter. I was also expecting a disappointment. The last couple of bbq places I’ve had have been disappointing. This however was not! The brisket was tender but not mushy. The chicken was full of flavor, crispy skin and dripping with moisture paired with the gold sauce very pleasant on the tastebuds! I plan on checking out the storefront soon!

Although they give you plenty of food, it was mediocre at best. Chicken was rubbery,ribs were tender but had no flavor, the brisket was very good, take out was 25 minutes late and they forgot my drink and dessert, I won't go

The Meat was good,WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF I'D RECEIVED {THE GOLDEN MUSTERD} something Like Barbecue sauce anything. Also I didn't like or eat,~the old fashioned potato Casserole, OR the Mashed potato gravy. The gravy was like it had been sitting in a pot all day I got the bottom of the pot,kinda thing. {THE MEAT WAS GREAT} IF THE REST HAD OF BEEN BETTER THAN A 5 I WOULD HAVE GIVE.

Might have given it a higher rating if the place existed.

We were not a fan of the food most of it was ok but not great and then there was the chicken we think it was old it was super dried out we couldn't have ate most of it if we tried, I hope we don't get sick from the few bites we did have, I did text them to let them know so they can address this in the future but I won't be dining there anymore
