One of the top mohinga places Closes at 10 am -very fishy, very thick and very peppery broth -serves up a lusciously rich and intense broth, coating every strand of thin rice noodles. Topped with gratifyingly crunchy fried pea fritters, a generous handful of coriander and an unctuous duck egg. All for 900 MMK -split pea fritters
A nice place for monthinkha can also get nice roast coffee.
Love this moh hin gar shop. Its taste really suit me and after all of the moh hin gar tastes i had in my entire life, i can never be bored or get used to this taste. U should really come try it if u never had one. Except the amount they give is not satisfying for my craving :
Although a bit changes in it's original taste, Tin Tin Aye is still making a brand of traditional Mohinkah in Myaynigone area. . It is one of the rare shop in Yangon which sells city style cooked Mohinkah using bean paste base while most of others selling village or Delta region style which use rice pownder and pepper. . The restaurant sells only Mohinkah with various topping or combination. Recommend to try with boiled dark edd or local fish cake. .
