Tieton Cider Works - Yakima

I had to stop by this place while I was in the Yakima area. I've been buying items from Costco there for a while and wanted to try some of their offerings. The bar area is fairly small, but it was spacious enough to accommodate the patrons. I really enjoyed the cedar options they had, which were not only sweet but also featured hints of tar, a bit of hoppiness, and some smokiness. Unfortunately, I don't live nearby, but I'll likely continue picking up their products from Costco or other retailers whenever I come across them.

I’m so glad I stopped here on my way to Leavenworth! Tieton Ciderworks produces exceptional cider, which is impressive since I'm quite picky. I can't stand syrupy-sweet or overly vinegary cider, but Tieton’s offerings are pleasantly balanced. Their cider has a clean, pure lemon flavor with a wonderful variety of aromas, catering to both dry and sweet preferences. I was also thrilled to find pizza on the menu because I was quite hungry! An unexpected highlight was the great conversation and warm hospitality I received. It truly created a wonderful atmosphere! Thanks, Casey!

You can sample a selection of ciders, have a flight, or simply enjoy a glass. The Washington cider was exceptional!

Enjoy beautiful lemons on the outdoor seating area. Very friendly service and delicious drink!

Great cider but the ambiance was less than expected. Industrial area. Outside seating in a parking lot. This place needs picnic benches on grass under shade to really round out the ambiance.
