Starbucks Coffee - Yakima

This is a typical Starbucks location. I visited on Mother’s Day Sunday, and it was packed with customers! Even with the hustle and bustle, the staff was remarkably friendly and courteous. They quickly prepared my small order and helped me locate the items I needed. I rate my experience very highly in all aspects. I will certainly return and highly recommend this Starbucks to everyone!

The coffee here is outstanding, but they sometimes miss the mark on small details, like forgetting to provide straws for iced drinks, napkins, or a knife for the cream cheese. It can be quite frustrating to find out these items are missing after you’ve already left. They definitely need to improve their attention to customer needs.

I'm a devoted fan of Starbucks. As a coffee enthusiast, I truly love coffee, and I can always count on getting my favorite brew at any Starbucks location I visit. However, when I explore local coffee shops, I often find their prices to be higher, and I sometimes don't enjoy their coffee blends as much. More often than not, I leave feeling that I should have just opted for Starbucks instead.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in yakima, their staff is always friendly and they never get my order wrong unlike other locations I have been to. If they get a minor thing wrong they correct it immediately which is great customer service in my opinion

I just had an Americano and it was good. Good wait time for order even though it was crowded. Excellent service.
