Gleed Mart Teriyaki - Yakima

I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant but since the long-haired girl with glasses and the guy with the beard started working here, my experience has been horrible. The girl tends to keep customers waiting with her long stories and forgets to give change at times. I have also seen the guy drinking beer while working, which is uncomfortable and unacceptable. The lack of heat in the restaurant throughout the winter is concerning and potentially illegal. Drinking on the job is also illegal. Despite being the only store near my home, I try to do my shopping in Yakima for beverages. In response to the owner's reply, I have witnessed the guy drinking beer multiple times and have even seen the owner putting liquor into a cup behind the register. If the heater cannot be fixed, employees should not be made to work in the cold as it is against the law.

The restaurant looks a bit rundown and could use more items on their menu.

We have shopped there often and had good luck but this time no. The peaches I got were only slightly edible and the cherries look terrible. I understand it's the end of the season but sell your fruit at reduced prices if it's over ripe. We did get 3 beautiful pumpkins

I love the potstickers at this restaurant, especially when paired with a beef teriyaki bowl. The owner and staff are welcoming and accommodating.

This Place Is AWESOME! My Family I Absolutely Love This Place. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY. They have a great selection good prices.
