Quan Alley - Xinyi District

It was definitely on the pricey side but each dish display is unique (pork flower). The broth flavoring were good, spicy and flavorful. The meat portions were big and they have a wide range of meat options and prices. We ordered the lamb, beef and pork flower for two people. The operational hours are weird, they tend to accept last walk in at 7:30pm. You should make a reservation beforehand.

Not the best photo taker but the food quality was beyond my expectations. We chose the spicy and chicken broth half and half. The spicy one had layers of flavors in without the test of chemicals like other spicy hot pot places. Chicken broth was great as well. Last but not least, the service was on point and definitely worth a revisit!

The soup was so good we ordered the chicken ginseng and light spicy, very suitable for those who wants to eat spicy but still bearable.

Very creative hotpot ingredients, made to look like traditional Taiwanese desserts, but are in fact are savory delights. Very well decorated and ambiance, I would highly recommend taking your loved ones here for a treat!

The vibe and service here are awesome! We ordered a set and we got lobster, beef, pork, veggies, and some innovative cuisines. I really like their decoration and taste of food. It was a great experience to enjoy dinner at Quan Alley.
