Papa Johns Pizza - Xenia

If i could give a zero i would. i ordered two items , called one hour and 30 minutes later and still no food, driver answered very rude, put me on hold and hung up, the manager answered the 3 call and claimed the battery died, she clearly sounded inside the building and it was 10 minutes till closing.i won’t order here again that’s pure laziness and if that was the case call the customer or reroute you had plenty of time

My favorite pizza place! Food is always hot and delicious. Delivery is always quick and when it's not... They send a coupon for a free medium pizza!

Order a pizza yesterday they messed it up they put olives on the whole pizza after I told them not to. Reorder it today they did the same thing but hide them. This is why I don't eat take out.

Customer service was great, pizza was delivered hot and on time. But the pizza itself was not very good, the crust was so thin, and soggy. And it wasn’t the first time it’s been that way.

Called in the pizza they messed it up threw it away so I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my pizza I'm never going back there?
