Bob Evans - Xenia

Couldn't believe the filth. Wiped table water with napkin and it was still dirty. Couldn't get an extra napkin to save my life. Asked 3x. Got up and helped myself. Coffee didnt taste like coffee either. Took 10 minutes for someone to greet us to get seated. Manager brought food because server was very slow. Won't be going back. We hadn't been to this location for several years. It's set up differently than most Bob Evans restaurants we have seen, but we thought it was cozy and welcoming. Food was delicious; the service at the table was excellent. The time it took to be seated and also to be checked out was long...we surmised that like many other businesses, they are short-staffed. However, when someone finally came to set us and check us out, these associates were cuatomer-service oriented and efficient.

The best service and food from Bob Evans, enjoyed the day.
