Bidrage med feedbackIt 's ok. Like a lot of places affected by Covid. This Friday night experience was lacking. We ate in the dining room. Tables seemed semi clean, but sticky, not wiped down very well. The buffet was closed and a sign said it was permanently closed so the dining room was kind of dysfunctional. The two tall tables in the corner had no chairs around them. We sat at a window and the DT line was moving very, very slowly but the line was backed up around the building. Our food was good except for the biscuits. The self-serve fountain area was really wet and slick, ice was overflowing the drain and spilling over onto the counter and the floor. The whole area needs to be wiped down. No employees in the dining room during our visit. This was a combination of KFC and Taco Bell and just one person taking orders for both. Like it 's trying to do double duty, but I only saw KFC uniforms, black and words Extra Crispy on the front.
Not sure if I've ever spent less than 30 minutes in the drive thru here. If you're in a hurry or on a lunch break, don't go here.
Does not deserve any stars. The food tastes great normally well... if you can get them to give you any.I ordered food in the drive thru 02/16/24 and did not get everything I ordered. Went in drive thru again to ask for the food I did not recieve and was told they were waiting on mashed potatoes and they told me to pull into a parking space and they would bring my food. While waiting in the space, 2 other people recieved their food. I decided to go through the drive thru once more. I said all I need is my famous bowl this would be the 3rd time in the drive thru I've got kids to feed. They told me to pull forward. I waited for 15 mins before anyone came to the window to even speak to me. The manager came to the window and told me I should have came inside to handle any issues. He didn't even apologize for my wait. I told him all I was wanting was my famous bowl. I said I ordered my food at 712 and it was 800 at the time. He said ok hold on. Then came back and told me to go back to the parking space that I was wasting his time and he said he could help me if I just went to the parking space. I told him I don't know why you can't just give me my food. I asked for my food or a refund and he didn't want to do either one. He said he was going to ask me one more time to go to the space. Clearly didn't want to help me after all that time of being patient and waiting for one item. I left without my food and my money I spent on the food. I definitely don't recommend anyone wasting their time or money going to this fast food business.
The reason for low scores is due to this company has gone down hill with their products. The food use to be good. The biscuits didn't taste like cardboard or hard and the potatoes you can tell that they are instant. Sorry about this. But they really went down in taste went they moved to a bigger store.and I have been here since they have been.Parking: Plenty of room.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can get in and out very easy.
Was a good quick stop on our road trip. We had to wait a bit for our food but everything was fresh, so no complaints. The Baja blast tasted funny but the sweet tea was REALLY good. All of our order was accurate and the place was clean. Checked all of our boxes!
