Corner Chippy - Wyre

Great tasting fish n chips, plentiful and well cooked at a reasonable price but the kids all had pie n chips and non of them liked them !!!!

Probably the best chippy in Thornton-cleveleys for fish n chips, sausage, musy peas and curry sauce but the pies are a let down with only the air filled default mass made Hollands pies available.

This could be the best chippy in Cleveleys if it was open more (6 days a week mon-sun) but its always closed ! also unfortunately they only offer the poor Hollands pies which are poor quality content, they should get their pies from the Family bakery in town or Shirley's pies (available at Cleveleys market on Wednesdays) If they did they would be the best chippy in Blackpool never mind Cleveleys.

I pre ordered a big order for family friends to go down on the beach to have lunch the corner chippy thought of all the little extras I needed without having to ask they made sure we had forks, napkins extra trays gave us a tub of salt and bottle of vinaigrette. It was my first time at this chippy and I will definitely go back

Scratty chips and they don't serve large fish only small or regular, I was told the regular are a good size but it was too small ! tasted good though. shame about the pies, there are so many good pies in the area such as faradays, the family bakery and the pork shop yet unfortunately they only serve the bottom-of-the-barrel basic hollands commercial mass-made rubbish! it lets the quality of this chippy down.
