Brasserie - Wyre Forest

We had a great meal as part of a deal and both of us really enjoyed it. The menu was interesting and the portions were substantial! My husband's fish pie was so big it could have fed both of us. We also had a delicious breakfast with hot coffee.

The food and service at this restaurant were both excellent. I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners. The breakfast buffet allows you to serve yourself as much or as little as you want, with plenty of options including cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, yogurt, and croissants. The dinner portions were a good size and the cooking and presentation were top-notch. There were some younger staff members who could benefit from more training, but overall the experience was excellent. I prefer to judge my meal after eating it, so I don't need the waiter to tell me I've made a good choice. However, there were some issues with the bar service including a lack of change in the till and missing items from the menu. These issues should have been addressed before opening.

We went on Fathers Day 16 of us and thought it was Excellent , The service is silver service and is excellent , Very good value and all dishes were enjoyed by everyone. Great choice was £18 for 3 courses and coffee . Can be quite dark in there so ask for the window end

Little variety, unchanging menu. Disappointing. Young waiter called us 'guys ' and hovered too much. Sent white wine back to be chilled!

The food was delicious from the starters, main courses to thepuds, everything was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully.
