Oliver's Real Food - WYONG

We tried to place our order over the phone, but the staff were unwilling to help. We attempted to use the app, but were unable to locate it. We explained our situation, as we were traveling between jobs and didn't have time to come in and wait. It’s disappointing to see how the service industry is struggling. We made our attempt to order at 3:30 PM on July 5, 2024.

We received sweet potato fries that were still half frozen. Went back and asked for some new ones and we were still waiting 20mins later for two sweet potato chips when others were getting them. We asked where they were and they came out a few mins later after having to ask and they were yet again undercooked, cold and not nice at all. Really disappointed. Wont be eating there again. The coffee was fantastic! However, I found it quite outrageous to pay $5 for a small bottle of water. As for parking, it’s a bit challenging right now due to ongoing construction, but that should improve over time. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the overall experience was satisfactory. I spent around A$20–$40 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a solid 5. Just keep in mind that finding parking can be somewhat difficult.
