Fast friendly customer service met a friend we were talking didnt get pushed out

The prices are a bit on the high side, and they no longer offer the subway vinaigrette that I used to love. I tried the new Parmesan vinaigrette, but it’s not the same and definitely not as good. On a positive note, the service was good, and the store was clean and well-stocked.

Food was fresh and employees were friendly. A little short staffed

Despite the mix-up with my online order that required me to return for a new sandwich, I was quite pleased with how the situation was managed. I didn’t catch the name of the young woman who assisted me, but she was incredibly cheerful and welcoming. It's rare to encounter such attentive service these days, and it was truly appreciated! I’m sure other customers share the same sentiment.

I ordered two sandwiches for pickup, but they weren’t ready when promised. The staff member was rude, which didn't help the situation. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be a meal but was not prepared as such. One sandwich was ordered without lettuce, and I requested black olives and pickles instead. However, it came with a lot of lettuce and none of the requested black olives or pickles. It's not a huge issue, but with Crohn's disease, I can't have lettuce. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
