Dreadful service first second they ran out of eating and not telling us until the rest of eating came it was a child meal also will not be returned

I will try to contact these buffalo wild wings too. but they obviously do not take any precautions. I have photos of the website that clearly say that they do and a link on their website that they open them table to make a reservation. I made the reservation because I went on the day of the Michigan/MSU football match. I knew the bar was busy and thought the reservation would be helpful to make sure that my friend and I had a place to watch the game. I was on time and showed my reservation confirmation to the hostesses. they said: “We don’t take reservations.” that’s good, but they didn’t seem to care, even after they show them the photos of their website. they said: “We don’t have tables, but they could try to find some sitting on the bar.” I hope they take care of enough to fix this problem so that others do not make the same mistake. They did not accept our reservation. The hostess said they do not honor any reservations via open table or from anywhere.

Location said it did not know what open table was and therefore did not hold a table for me even though I had a reservation confirmation sent to me from open table. Luckily they found my group a table after a short wait.

Despite having an open table reservation it still took a while to get seated and took even longer to get served. The waiter had to be reminded multiple times of things that we had ordered. Take out might be the best way to go.
