Hampton Inn Suites Casper

Very friendly staff. I appreciate the complimentary water bottles offered. If you stay here, you must eat at the Hilton restaurant that is right next door! Takeout is available also. The Salmon rice was fantastic! Nice wine to enjoy in the spacious lobby while you wait for food.

Conveniently located off the highway for a nice night’s sleep. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Only issue is that there are no restaurants within walking distance, aside from the restaurant in the Hilton Garden Inn accross the parking lot.

Room was fantastic and spacious and offered same expectations of a Hampton Inn, but our a/c didn't work at night despite the digital thermostat seeming to be easy to operate.

The front lady with the purple eyeshadow and wack eyebrows was disrespectful AS HELL. As my family and I were waiting in line her conversation with another gentleman went along the lines of having her save rooms for him and she said don’t worry she will. As I get up she tells me she’s fully booked. Which is a lie because I heard their conversation, so I went online and what do you know rooms were available and I was able to book a room! We come back in and I tell her here for check in and she was shocked that we were able to get a room. Another gentleman comes from behind us as we walk away and she tells him they are booked I told him to check online because the employee was LYING. OTHER than that pool was nice, breakfast good.

We stayed in a king suite. The room was nice clean. The pillows were not great quality, so if you like any sort of firmness or shape bring your own. But they have nice curtains that block out almost all the light it was very quite. The popcorn was a nice touch. And I appreciate that they serve breakfast included until 10am so you dont have to be up too early. It's a good breakfast by all hotel standards too. I also think it's cute they had little toy horses at the front which my toddler thought was 5/5 fantastic.
