Bidrage med feedbackI really like this intimate venue. Great to see bands on their way up or down. Good sound and decent beer too. Still great.
Acts that play here are either not cool enough to play the big venues or too cool to play big venues. I like the ones that aren't very cool so I end up here for most of the gigs I go to. Good sound system, venue management are cool.
Was a Fork virgin but the need to see Deva Mahal live was too good to pass up. It's like a sneaky side Bar on the stadium, but dark and warm inside. Door men were friendly from the offset, the bar staff too and drinks were well priced for town. My friend highly recommends the hot chips as it was a long drive in from the coast . We were there to see Deva but also luckily caught the nostalgic tones of kat Little. The sound is good, the space intimate but kinda cool seeing the pure joy on the faces of the crowd as Deva hit those notes, rather than looking round the screen of someone filming what they could just watch. It was like going back a few years to when you could really enjoy the whole experience in person. Will definitely come again.
First time at the Tuning Fork to see Blam Blam Blam great little venue. Selection of craft commercial beers and non alcoholic brews great! An intimate vibe but not too claustrophobic..you can hang back and still have a great view of the musos if you don't wanna get all up close and personal (and sweaty/virus y). Downside at the moment (March 2023) is limited access via public transport . Plenty of Lime scooters nearby though .
Awesome small venue that provides a personal experience with the musicians. We saw Daniel Champagne playing, which was a delight.
