Shanghai Lil's

The place has been renamed to Bamboo Tiger. The decor inside was quite spectacular. We had the Opium Den area in the back which was quite nice, even having its own bar. Space was a bit cramped but nice. I wasn't able to stay around for the drink though but was told they were nice.

I don’t usually give 5 stars but this place is worth it! This place is a hidden gem, if you are walking on K Road you would have missed this place for it is located right under a strip club and has a smallish dark entrance way. For the live music, I heard the bar owner plays the piano performance with a singer. Friendly staff, cool decor, nice music that allows for conversation. This is now my favourite bar and I will be back here again!

Beautiful interior, dim lights, comfy seats (lemme tell u about the seats, omg they have a huge ass bed in the lounge area) so so Instagram worthy!! Major plus point for ambience <br/ <br/ $10 white wines were amazing! Bartenders were so helpful, taste-testing was offered too <br/ service was great!<br/ Wed-Sat performances (jazz night, piano night, dj night etc)<br/ <br/ Only down point was that they didn't have any small snacks apart from cheese crackers, but it wasn't their selling point. <br/ In overall, totally will be coming back again

Lovely atmosphere, friendly service from behind the bar. Only one person was at the bar so there was a slight delay. When we were there a live jazz band was playing while we enjoyed our wine and it was such a romantic mood. There are semi private seats along the walls, and also tables and seats in the middle.

Amazing staff and service. Great selection of drinks. Just one downfall: They need to be more prompt with returning phone calls and emails for booking.
