Big Nick's Pizza Kebab - Wyndham Vale

I ordered a large Aussie pizza last night from Big Nod, and it was delivered promptly. It was probably the best Aussie pizza I've had in a long time. I have ordered from Big Nod many times and they consistently deliver a good product. The toppings were generous, the sauces and crust were well-balanced, and the pizza arrived at a good temperature. The service at this place has always been excellent, whether over the phone or in person. I am puzzled by some of the other reviews, as my experience was nothing but positive. I highly recommend this place!

This is the best pizza shop in the Wyndham Vale area. I ordered pizzas for my son's 4th birthday party and they were not only very polite and professional, but the 20 pizzas we ordered were top-notch and delicious. They made sure the delivery was on time and all of my guests loved the pizzas, with many asking where I bought them. Special thanks to Pavan, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Whenever we order pizza, it's always just right. I've tried pizza from many different places, but never found a taste like this. The crust is perfect, crispy and basic, and I simply love it. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a pizza and it came 1 1/2 hours too late, I live 5 minutes on the street. the pizza I ordered was completely destroyed, the driver was incredibly rude, the woman on the phone was rude and no one offered a compensation or any help over the problems. they expected we to bring back the pizza or pay the full price for a pizza that was completely destroyed. Nobody seemed to care that we had a family of young children to feed. I'm disgusting by the complete lack of customer service from a place that used to run so well, I'll tell everyone that I know that big nicks is a sweat.

Ordered our delivery at 5.40pm, arrived at 7.30pm. Called them twice to find out where meal was and told it was 5 minutes away. When the meal finally arrived it was cold and chips over cooked. Will not order from Big Nicks again
