Dunkin' - Wyncote

Slow drive through, I ordered a large cappuccino, skinny. They had no idea what I was talking about. Also the cappuccino was so bitter, I have never had bitter coffee at Dunkin, I just threw it in the trash . Was it the low fat milk? Doubt it. I won't go back to this location. 0/10 would not recommend. The hot chocolate, usually a comforting treat, lacked the expected richness and warmth. It tasted diluted, almost as if a mere whisper of chocolate had been introduced to hot water. This departure from the indulgent hot chocolate experience one anticipates at Dunkin' Donuts was quite noticeable. Moving on to the bagel, the staleness was a prominent issue. The texture was disappointingly hard, giving the impression that it had been left out for an extended period (although I received my order at 7:30am). The burnt flavor added an unexpected and unwelcome dimension to the taste. It was evident that the freshness and quality of the bagel had not been prioritized. In summary, the lackluster hot chocolate and the substandard bagel collectively made for a less-than-satisfactory visit. It's my hope that Dunkin' Donuts takes this feedback constructively, addressing these concerns to maintain the high standards we've come to expect from the brand.

Made a mobile order for an iced coffee with whip cream. Got home, drank almost half and noticed 3 black dots floating in the coffee. I fished one out and they were gnats . I have never been so disgusted. I am sure they were frozen in the ice. Yuckkkk. I called and the lady who answered of course pretended like she did not understand. I just started going to this location and now I will NOT be back. Please do better and keep the ice bucket covered, at least. Gross!!!

New building in the old location. Second time going and will be my last. The coffee is watered down and did not match my order. They didn't cook the hash browns correctly, so they stuck together in one blob of potato. I had a free coffee reward offer that didn't come off my total amount as it was supposed to because the worker was unable to work the register correctly. Not to mention the unpleasant cold service. Sticking to the locations I'm familiar with.
