Freddy’s - Wylie

Large soft opening. Free food. Tonnes of people. We have our food within 5 minutes. Fresh and hot. While we waited outside in the 30-minute line, we were served ice water and frozen custard samples. The owner came by and shook all hands to welcome us and thank us for coming. The cheeky sauce was sooo good. We ate it on chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings. They're not like the canoe sauce. We'll be back. Great food and good service.

Fantastic food and welcoming atmosphere. Yesterday at lunch. Very busy because it's completely new, but the staff didn't make it as if it were busy. They were on the spot and treated everything with precision. Husband and I shared their Cheeseburger and Hotdog. Amazing food and service. Come on!

I visited Freddys yesterday and ordered the double meat of Hamburger with frits and a drink. The fries came with a diving sauce that was great. I was very happy with my visit and I will return. I definitely recommend this place.

We rarely go to a new place on the opening day, for obvious reasons: long lines, overwhelmed employees, cold food. We're so glad we had the chance yesterday at Freddy's Day (Mutter's Day)! From the time we get the line at the time we get our food was impressive, only 30 minutes on the day of the opening! Burgers were fresh, chili dog delicious, fries hot, and Custard Desserts fantastic. They sell Custard from the pint, cookies sandwiches and cakes as well. Every employee knew exactly what his responsibility was and the store ran like a charm while we were there, smiling faces included. Bravo, Freddy's and welcome to Wylie!

Fantastic customer service. Friendly faces. Fresh, hot, and yummy food. We’ve never had a bad experience. Today was extra exceptional. The manager came over to apologize for how long our food had taken and gave us free dessert coupons. Me and my boys were shocked, because we didn’t feel that our food took long at all. I love that they want to keep their customers happy, even when there is nothing to complain about. #WeLoveFreddysWylie
