Mcdonald's - Wycombe

The service and food at this restaurant are decent, but the experience is often marred by the presence of homeless individuals who frequently beg for food or money. It is common to be approached by one or more homeless people while entering or exiting the restaurant, and they can be quite persistent in their requests. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not have security monitoring the parking lot, so patrons may be accosted by addicts begging for money on their way to and from their cars. Despite their claims, these individuals do not actually need money for shelter, as there are free shelters available in town.

I don’t go to McDonald’s that much, but I had a craving for a big Mac. It was delicious, the fries were undercooked but they were hot and normally I find with this brand that fries are always lukewarm. Essentially they could have been better. what I did like is, I observed a lot of staff cleaning the area and that gives me reassurance because again some branches are filthy. The other disappointment for me was the receipt was not produced from the self-service machine when I did the table delivery option. I asked the colleague if she could still get me a receipt and the answer was no. I found that poor on both counts

The receipt machine was broken then someone took are food they then didn’t believe us when we named the exact order and checked cameras making us bring up the bank account and showing we ordered we just wanted our chicken nuggets

This has to be one of the best McDonalds we have been to outside Harrogate. Toilets are clean and the staff are first class.

We have ordered from this McDonald's four times now, and each time our order has been incorrect. Items missing, wrong drinks, etc. It's understandable to make mistakes once or twice, but not every single time. Absolutely terrible service!!!
